The 2024 BMW M3 sedan comes with three different trims and the basic engine offered is the twin-turbo 3.0-litre inline-six in all three.

The M3 basic level variant delivers 473 horsepower which is paired with a six-speed manual transmission.

While the powerful M3 Competition delivers 503 horsepower and is paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission, which is not made available with manual transmission.

The M3 Competition comes default with a rear-wheel-drive system but has the optional all-wheel drive system for extra dollars.

The most significant shift in what the 2024 BMW M3 has to offer is the all-new limited edition, M3 CS.

The CS not only slims down and loses 75 pounds from the other trims, but also delivers 543 horsepower, which is higher than the remaining two trims.
